Embracing Your Authentic Motherhood: A Virtual Support Group for Moms in Denver and Across Colorado

Are you a mom of young children feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are beyond the demands of parenting? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it all on your own.

Embracing Your Authentic Motherhood is an 8-week virtual therapy group led by two licensed Denver therapists, created specifically for moms of children ages 0–5. This group offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find support from other moms who get it.

Whether you're struggling with parenting burnout, identity shifts, or just looking for meaningful connection—this Denver-based support group provides a compassionate, confidential space to explore the full emotional experience of early motherhood.

Support Group Details

  • Small, intimate group – limited to 8 participants

  • Hosted by two licensed Denver therapists

  • Thursdays at 11am starting May 8 (no group on June 26)

  • 90-minute virtual sessions, weekly for 8 weeks

  • Open to moms across Denver and the state of Colorado

  • $50 per session

  • Safe, supportive, and confidential space

  • Combines open discussion, self-reflection, and practical tools

This group blends the warmth of community with the depth of therapy, helping you feel more grounded, understood, and aligned with your values as a parent and as a person.

Meet Your Facilitators

Erica Bertschy, LPCC (she/her)
As a therapist in Denver, I support adults navigating grief, identity transitions, and parenting burnout. I blend nervous system regulation tools with compassionate, attachment-based support. I’m also a mom to three, and I know how much early motherhood asks of us—emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Deana Bianco, LPCC (she/her)
I’m a licensed professional counselor in Denver with a focus on self-expression, storytelling, and nervous system-informed therapy. I use CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness to help people reconnect with themselves. As a mom of two, I bring both clinical experience and lived perspective to my work with parents.
