Erica Bertschy, LPCC (she/her)

I help adults navigate grief, life transitions, and identity shifts, with a focus on caregiving and parenting burnout. I create a validating space to explore joy and sorrow while learning nervous system regulation. As a mom to three, I understand the complexities of motherhood and the need for authentic connection and resilience.

Deana Bianco, LPCC (she/her)

I bring a deep understanding of storytelling and self-expression to my work. I use CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness to help clients build meaningful relationships-with themselves and others. As a mom to two, I know firsthand the challenges of navigating identity and growth in motherhood.
